Ears- Ayaat of Allah- by Sarim

During Quran Fahmi Classes- by WQT- Worldwide Quran Thinkers for Children and Teens (Aged 8 years and older)- they enjoy and learn Quran, in a participative and fun learning environment. The basic focus of these classes is to build their confidence in their own ability to understand Quran, connect the Quranic teachings to their practical day to day lives, identify & seek knowledge about the Ayaat of Allah- as Allah’s creations scattered all around us in science and the universe, the basic concepts of Deen, the key simple vocabulary, their motor skills through drawing and painting and their class participation through interactive discussion and various competitions.

This particular home assignment was to think about Allah’s creations- the Ayaat of Allah as our Ears, to search for one Ayah from Quran that talks about ear, find scientific fun facts about ears, illustrate all this on a piece of paper and share their knowledge with the rest of the class members. This is the word of Sarim- an 11-year-old very talented and smart boy mashallah. After he shared his research, we all also watched a short and simple video for children to understand how our ears really work and what amazing creation of Allah our ears are. We all learnt a lot through his research, homework and sharing of knowledge. May Allah bless him and his family and may he continue to make his teachers and parents proud of him always.
