And Azkar (وَاذْكُرُوا) that Ja’alkum (جَعَلَكُمْ) you Khulafa’a (خُلَفَاءَ) from after Quomin (قَوْمِ) Nuh and Zadekum (وَزَادَكُمْ) you from the Khalaqe (الْخَلْقِ) Bast’atan (بَسْطَةً).

[Quran 7:70] Qaalu (قَالُوا), ‘Has Aja’tana (أَجِئْتَنَا) so that Na’abudu (لِنَعْبُدَ) Allah Wahidahu (وَحْدَهُ) and Nazara (وَنَذَرَ) what Kana (كَانَ) Yu’abdu (يَعْبُدُ) Aba’una (آبَاؤُنَا)?

Then Antazeru (فَانْتَظِرُوا)- I am with you from the Muntazereen (الْمُنْتَظِرِينَ).’

[Quran 7:72] So, Anjenahu (فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ) him and those with him with Rahmatin (بِرَحْمَةٍ) from all and Qat’ana (وَقَطَعْنَا) Daabera (دَابِرَ) of those who Kazabu (كَذَّبُوا) with Ayatena (بِآيَاتِنَا) and what Kanu (كَانُوا) Momineen (مُؤْمِنِينَ)?

B.   THE CONCEPT:

THE CONTEXT

The earlier Ayahs of Surah Al-A’raf discusses the Concept of Quomin Yashkarun, establishing and strengthening acts of as well as those who do Shukar. In order to establish and strengthen the expression of utter gratitude towards Allah through striving with full force, in terms of full submission of Allah’s laws by utilizing our faculties with whole being, in gratitude through explicit actions, Allah has explained in detail through diversification and through many aspects and events- one of which is in the form of Allah’s sending and appointing of Allah’s Rasool.

Additionally, the earlier Ayahs summarizes the endeavors of Rasool Nuh to establish and strengthen acts of as well as those who do Shukar.  Just like any other Rasool of Allah, Rasool Nuh was appointed by Allah to establish and strengthen not only his nation, but also the acts and people who do Shukar. His nation and the society, those who he aimed to establish were engulfed in their set routines, rituals, and practices, which were based upon them having taken up deities, whose laws they used to follow in matters of Deen, that were not only other than the laws of Allah, but were in fact in direct opposition, contradiction of and against the laws of Allah. He reflected through his interactions with his Quom striving for them to follow the law of Allah in complete submission and obedience by coming out of their comfort zones and distancing themselves from such practices and rituals. Being concerned and worried for them, he tried to remind them about the well-known and confirmed fact of facing their perfect accountability and recompense sooner or later, which in their case would be in the form of intense punishment.

Response from him Quom: In response to the Rasool Nuh’s endeavors, proclamations, and actions, they all came together in agreement and collaboration with each other. Since they were in the majority and engulfed in their blind following of their rituals and practices, they perceived and projected Rasool Nuh as someone who is far away from the right path, who was misled and who was in a state of utter darkness and confusion. These Ayahs highlight the general tendency of people which is the same regardless of which era they belong to, in terms of their response and interactions with the Rasool of Allah. When anyone from among them acts as Rasool of Allah, trying to deliver Allah’s message as is to them and trying to get them out of the utter darkness and blind following that they are in, the reaction of the people has always been to Kazaba the Rasool, reject, deny, make fun of, ridicule the Rasool and not to take the Rasool seriously.

The earlier Ayahs, through the story of Rasool Nuh, gave us the Concept, the Duties and Purpose of A Rasool of Allah: The basic duty of the Allah’s Rasool, is to be the Rasool, the messenger from the Rabb whose only duty is to Balagha the message i.e., to deliver the message and communication of Rabb and to make sure that the message reaches its destination, which is the humanity. Rasool Nuh, just like all the Rasool of Allah, is a sincere advisor and the trustee who gives sincere, honest and true advice as well as the knowledge from Allah. Purpose of Allah’s Rasool is to deliver the Zikar to humanity i.e., to teach them the reading, understanding, and implementing of Allah’s Ayaat, the remembrance of all the blessings of Allah and then following the laws of Allah in utter and deep gratitude of Allah. This once achieved is the greatest resource that anyone can have. By endeavoring to deliver Allah’s message, the purpose of Allah’s Rasool is three – fold 1) to warn humanity in order to prepare them for the future and especially for their recompense, 2) so that they observe Taqwa by following the laws of Allah by being extra careful and extra cautious to remain within the boundaries of Deen and 3) to be in the perpetual and uninterrupted state as receiver of Allah’s Rahmat- as source of life and growth for you, as your protection and shield against anything harmful and as source of selfless love and care of the creator for you.

The Result of Nuh’s Interactions with his Quom: In spite of all the efforts and endeavors of the Rasool Nuh, his Quom rejected, denied, made fun of, ridiculed him and took him non-seriously. The perfect recompense as per the system of Allah was then to rescue, save and protect Rasool Nuh and those with him from the fixed state of habitual practices, and rituals. On the other hand, for those who rejected, denied, made fun of, ridiculed the Ayaat of Allah as specific to them and took them non-seriously got drowned and overwhelmed in these rituals and fixed practices to the extent of being dead as being far extreme in Kufar and as blind followers. They reached this result for them by establishing and strengthening the people as well as the acts of blind following, being unable to perceive anything or use their Aqal and intellect and being in a state of utter blindness, state of being camouflaged as well as making the Hidayah, the Bayyinat hidden and camouflaged to make it appear something else.

CONCEPT OF THESE AYAHS

In Ayah 7:65, “And to Aad their Akhahum (أَخَاهُمْ) Hudan (هُودًا)- Qala (قَالَ), ‘Ya Quome (قَوْمِ) A’abadu (اعْبُدُوا) Allah what for you from deity Ghairihi (غَيْرُهُ). Then do you not Tattaqun (تَتَّقُونَ)?”

And to Aad their pillar of strength and support (أَخَاهُمْ) leading them the way, giving them the guidance (هُودًا)- reflected from conducts and speech that (قَالَ), ‘Oh those who I am trying to establish, my nation (قَوْمِ) follow the laws in complete obedience of (اعْبُدُوا) Allah what for you from deity other than, in opposition to, contradiction of, Allah (غَيْرُهُ). Then do you not observe Taqwa by being extra careful and cautious of following and abiding by these laws of Allah (تَتَّقُونَ)?’

After discussing the story of Rasool Nuh, Allah in these ayahs is telling us the story of Rasool Aad, in order for us to take lessons. Thus, this ayah tells us that Rasool Aad was sent to his Quom, those who he endeavored to establish and strengthened, for whom he was their pillar of strength and support and for whom he was leading them the way, giving them the guidance. Thus, he reflected from his speech and interactions with them that ‘you should follow the laws of Allah in complete obedience. What is the use and benefit for you to take up any deity whose laws you follow in matters of deen, who is besides Allah, other than, in opposition to and contradiction of Allah. Then, why do you not observe Taqwa by being extra careful and cautious of following and abiding by these laws of Allah? But are instead induldged in and following these laws from besides Allah?’

Ayah 7:66, “Qala (قَالَ) the Mala’a (الْمَلَأُ) those who Kafaru (كَفَرُوا) from his Quome (قَوْمِهِ), ‘Indeed, so that to Nara (لَنَرَاكَ) from Safahatin (سَفَاهَةٍ) and Indeed, so that to Nazunnaka (لَنَظُنُّكَ) from the Kaazibeen (الْكَاذِبِينَ).”

Reflected from conducts and speech that (قَالَ) those who cooperated and joined each other and came together (الْمَلَأُ) those who did not Amanu, didn’t use their faculties to seek knowledge, were blind followers of their traditions and customers and were ungrateful and prideful towards Allah’s blessings (كَفَرُوا) from his nation (قَوْمِهِ), ‘Indeed, so that to we all have jointly observed and perceived with our full intellectual presence (لَنَرَاكَ) you to be from those who are with limited understanding, who lack knowledge and are not mature enough to understand matters (سَفَاهَةٍ) and Indeed, so that to establish such assumptions, traditions, guesses, theories and hearsay which you have adopted due to lack of your knowledge, confirmed facts or any verification of facts (لَنَظُنُّكَ) in order to be of those who deny, reject, make fun of, ridicule, disrespect the confirmed norms and take them as a joke (الْكَاذِبِينَ).’

In response to Nabih Aad’s endeavors, people from his Quom came together, cooperated, and joined each other- They were of those who did not Amanu, who didn’t use their faculties to seek knowledge, were blind followers of their traditions and customers and were ungrateful and prideful towards Allah’s blessings. The response from them was that ‘we all have jointly observed and perceived with our full intellectual presence that you are of those who have limited understanding, who lack knowledge and are not mature enough to understand matters. Therefore, you are trying to establish such assumptions, traditions, guesses, theories and hearsay which you have adopted due to lack of your knowledge, confirmed facts or any verification of facts at your end. Because you are denying, rejecting, make fun of, ridiculing and disrespecting the confirmed norms that have been prevalent among our societies and cultures for generations.’

Ayah 7:67, “Qala (قَالَ), ‘Ya Quomin (قَوْمِ) there is not with me Safahatin (سَفَاهَةٌ) but Rasoolun (رَسُولٌ) from Rabbu (رَبِّ) the A’alimeen (الْعَالَمِينَ).”

Ayah 7:68, “Do I Balagha (أُبَلِّغُكُمْ) you Risalaat (رِسَالَاتِ) of Rabby (رَبِّي) and Indeed, to you Nas’eh (نَاصِحٌ) Ameenu (أَمِينٌ).”

Reflected from conducts and speech that (قَالَ), ‘Oh those whom I am trying to establish- my nation (قَوْمِ) there is not with me limited understanding, any lack of knowledge or immaturity to understand matters (سَفَاهَةٌ) but I am the one who is delivering the message (رَسُولٌ) from the one who is carrying out the process of Rabobiat of (رَبِّ) the A’alimeen- Allah is the Rabb who is carrying out the process of Rabobiat for each and everything in the entire universe, in all jurisdictions, dominions, worlds, empires, and kingdoms, as well as the source of all knowledge and learning and hence the Rabb of all those who have the knowledge, who are considered experts, knowers; masters; scientists; authorities; specialists- people with special knowledge and expertise in any field, whose opinions are greatly respected because of their knowledge (الْعَالَمِينَ). Do I deliver the Message of Allah (رِسَالَاتِ) of my Rabb (رَبِّي) to you in order to ensure that it reaches its destination, i.e. (أُبَلِّغُكُمْ) you? and Indeed, to you I am a sincere, truthful and serious advisor who is faithful and sincere (نَاصِحٌ) as well as trustworthy, honest, truthful, safe and secure (أَمِينٌ).’

In response to their accusations and allegations, Rasool Aad responded to them trying to clarify his position by saying that there is not with me any limited understanding, any lack of knowledge or immaturity to understand matters but In fact, I am the one who is delivering the message from the one who is the Rabb of the Aalimeen, who is carrying out the process of Rabobiat for each and everything in the entire universe, in all jurisdictions, dominions, worlds, empires, and kingdoms, as well as the source of all knowledge and learning and hence the Rabb of all those who have the knowledge, who are considered experts, knowers; masters; scientists; authorities; specialists- people with special knowledge and expertise in any field, whose opinions are greatly respected because of their knowledge. All I am trying to do is to deliver the Message of my Rabb to you in order to ensure that it reaches its destination, i.e. you? and certainly since you’re my Quom, those who I am trying to establish and strengthen, to you I am a sincere, truthful and serious advisor who is faithful and sincere, trustworthy, honest, truthful, safe and secure, so you can trust my advice.’

Ayah 7:69, “Are you A’jibtum (أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ) that Ja’akum (جَاءَكُمْ) you Zikrun (ذِكْرٌ) from your Rabb (رَبِّكُمْ) A’ala (عَلَىٰ) Rajulin (رَجُلٍ) from you so that to Yanzarkum (لِيُنْذِرَكُمْ) you? And Azkar (وَاذْكُرُوا) that Ja’alkum (جَعَلَكُمْ) you Khulafa’a (خُلَفَاءَ) from after Quomin (قَوْمِ) Nuh and Zadekum (وَزَادَكُمْ) you from the Khalaqe (الْخَلْقِ) Bast’atan (بَسْطَةً). Then, Azkaru (فَاذْكُرُوا) A’ala’a (آلَاءَ) Allah so that you Tuflehun (تُفْلِحُونَ).”

“Are you surprised (أَوَعَجِبْتُمْ) that has brought to fruition to (جَاءَكُمْ) you the remembrance (ذِكْرٌ) from your Rabb (رَبِّكُمْ) at its epitome by (عَلَىٰ) a resourceful person (رَجُلٍ) who is from you so that to help you plan for your future in terms of action being done right now, to warn, caution and advice (لِيُنْذِرَكُمْ) you? And remember the blessings of Allah by becoming Abbid and Shakir (وَاذْكُرُوا) that Allah has appointed you and assigned duties to (جَعَلَكُمْ) you as trustee and caretaker of the earth (خُلَفَاءَ) from after the nation of (قَوْمِ) Nuh and set in place the whole process, acts, decisions that cements, feeds into, fortifies and advances (وَزَادَكُمْ) you from the creations of Allah (الْخَلْقِ) through facilitating, making it easy or less difficult, spreading out, extending to exert influence, authority, power, and strength (بَسْطَةً). Then, read, understand and apply the Ayaat of Allah, remember the blessings of Allah and follow the laws in utter gratitude of Allah and learn lessons from stories of previous nations as mentioned in the Kitaab (فَاذْكُرُوا) up to its epitome of (آلَاءَ) Allah so that you become successful in both the worlds (تُفْلِحُونَ).’

Thus, in this Ayah Rasool Aad is continuing his response to his nations by asking them a thought-provoking question that ‘Are you surprised that the remembrance from your Rabb has been brought to fruition by a resourceful person who is from amongst you? The basic purpose of my endeavors is to help you plan for your future in terms of action being done right now to ensure your desirable recompense, and to warn, caution and advice you? You should understand and implement the Ayaat of Allah, remember the blessings of Allah by becoming Aabid- follower of Allah’s laws and Shakir, by being utterly grateful and learn lessons from stories of previous nations. Allah has appointed you and assigned duties to you as trustee and caretaker of the earth from after the nation of Nuh and set in place the whole process, acts, decisions that cements, feeds into, fortifies and advances you from the other creations of Allah through facilitating, making it easy or less difficult, spreading out, extending to exert influence, authority, power, and strength to you. Thus, in an utter and deep gratitude to Allah, you should read, understand and apply the Ayaat of Allah, remember the blessings of Allah and follow the laws in utter gratitude of Allah and learn lessons from stories of previous nations as mentioned in the Kitaab up to its epitome so that you become successful in both the worlds.’

Ayah 7:70, “Qaalu (قَالُوا), ‘Has Aja’tana (أَجِئْتَنَا) so that Na’abudu (لِنَعْبُدَ) Allah Wahidahu (وَحْدَهُ) and Nazara (وَنَذَرَ) what Kana (كَانَ) Yu’abdu (يَعْبُدُ) Aba’una (آبَاؤُنَا)? Then bring with what you Ta’dena (تَعِدُنَا) that Kunta (كُنْتَ) from the S’wadiqueen (الصَّادِقِينَ).”

Reflected from conducts and speech that (قَالُوا), ‘Has it been brought to fruition to all of you (أَجِئْتَنَا) so that you all follow the laws in obedience of (لِنَعْبُدَ) Allah the same, my deity and your deity is the same, the whole, the all-encompassing being and our and your deity are not faraq, i.e., not distinct or different at all but it’s Wahid- the same (وَحْدَهُ) and prepare for the future by taking actions right now, be cautioned and warned (وَنَذَرَ) what you aim to reach as your destination through your conducts (كَانَ) as to what you have inherited from your forefathers (آبَاؤُنَا) as to whose laws they used to obey, the deity they used to do abd for? (يَعْبُدُ)? Then bring with what is the basis of your opinions, views, calculations, notions and practices (تَعِدُنَا) that you aim to reach the destination of being (كُنْتَ) from those whose hearts, intentions and actions are aligned and are sincere (الصَّادِقِينَ).’

Rasool Aad continued his interactions with him Quom by saying to them that, ‘The message of Allah has been brought to fruition to all of you so that you all follow the laws of Allah in obedience because Allah is the only and the same deity, my deity and your deity is the same, the whole, the all-encompassing being and our and your deity are not faraq, i.e., not distinct or different at all but it’s Wahid- the same. Therefore, you should prepare for the future by taking actions right now so as to get the most desirable recompense and accountability. Be cautioned and warned against your current customs, traditions, rituals and practices since what you aim to reach as your destination through your conducts based on what you have inherited from your forefathers, as to whose laws they used to obey, the deity they used to do abd for? Then bring forward, produce and give evidence with what is the basis of your views and practices, if you aim to be of those whose hearts, intentions and actions are aligned and are sincere.’

Ayah 7:71, “Qala ( قَالَ), ‘certainly Waqa’a (وَقَعَ) upon you from your Rabb (رَبِّكُمْ) Rijsan (رِجْسٌ) and Ghazaba (وَغَضَبٌ). Do you Tajadeluny (أَتُجَادِلُونَنِي) me from Asma’a (أَسْمَاءٍ) Samaetumuha (سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا) it you and your Aba’aukum (وَآبَاؤُكُمْ) what Nazala (نَزَّلَ) Allah with it from Sultanin (سُلْطَانٍ)? Then Antazeru (فَانْتَظِرُوا)- I am with you from the Muntazereen (الْمُنْتَظِرِينَ).”

Reflected from conducts and speech that ( قَالَ), ‘certainly has happened, to be caused to come into existence and caused (وَقَعَ) upon you from those whom you have taken as deity from besides Allah as your Shuraka’a whose laws you follow instead of Allah’s (رَبِّكُمْ) such morally, ethically or socially disfigured and contaminated behavior by those who do not Amanu, are therefore vulnerable and susceptible to be under the influence and impacts of Khutuwaat of Shaytaan- They are suffering from such condition for example of blind following whereby they are not aligned with how they are supposed to be as created by Allah as intellectual, thinking, caring and reasoning humans thus they have maraza- disease in their hearts and minds (رِجْسٌ) and thus are in opposition to and disconnected by the whole system of Allah because of which the Allah’s system doesn’t support them and remain in a state of war against them (وَغَضَبٌ). Have you replaced and switched me (أَتُجَادِلُونَنِي) from the environments and impacts of your surroundings (أَسْمَاءٍ) the process of rearranging or fixing (سَمَّيْتُمُوهَا) it you and what you inherited from your forefathers (وَآبَاؤُكُمْ) of what has revealed (نَزَّلَ) Allah with it from any authorization (سُلْطَانٍ)? Then strive with your whole being, to continue interacting, convincing, communicating and acting based on your knowledge and resources (فَانْتَظِرُوا)- I am with you from those who strive with their whole being in order to continue actions, deeds, interactions and communication based on my knowledge and resources (الْمُنْتَظِرِينَ).’

Rasool Aad continued his interactions with him Quom by saying to them that, ‘This is very obvious and certain that those whom you have taken as deity from besides Allah as your Shuraka’a whose laws you follow instead of Allah’s, they have caused upon you such morally, ethically and socially disfigured and contaminated behavior that are evidenced of you who do Kufar, since you are under the influence and impacts of Khutuwaat of Shaytaan- suffering from such condition of blind following whereby you are not aligned with how you are supposed to be as created by Allah as intellectual, thinking, caring and reasoning humans. Thus, you are working in opposition to and disconnected by the whole system of Allah because of which the Allah’s system does not support you and remain in a state of war against you. Have you replaced and switched me and the message that I have delivered to you, with your environments and impacts of your surroundings, by rearranging what Allah has revealed by you and what you inherited from your forefathers? Have you done this rearrangement and readjustment based on any authorization by Allah? Then strive with your whole being based on your knowledge and resources – I am with you from those who strive with their whole being in order to continue actions, deeds, interactions, and communication based on my knowledge and resources.’

Ayah 7:72, “So, Anjenahu (فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ) him and those with him with Rahmatin (بِرَحْمَةٍ) from all and Qat’ana (وَقَطَعْنَا) Daabera (دَابِرَ) of those who Kazabu (كَذَّبُوا) with Ayatena (بِآيَاتِنَا) and what Kanu (كَانُوا) Momineen (مُؤْمِنِينَ)?”

So, rescued and saved all of them, (فَأَنْجَيْنَاهُ) him and those with him with source of life and lifeline; success and prosperity; shield and protection; unprecedented growth and progress and selfless love and care (بِرَحْمَةٍ) from all of Allah’s systems and laws and disconnected, cut off, severed and discontinued (وَقَطَعْنَا) powers, resources, ways and means of providing strength and stability (دَابِرَ) of those who denied, rejected, made fun of, ridiculed and took as a joke (كَذَّبُوا) with the specific ayaat of Allah as is relevant to them (بِآيَاتِنَا) and what they aimed to reach as their destination based on their conducts and behaviours (كَانُوا) as those who Amanu, who use their faculties to seek knowledge in order to be at Aman, utter and deep conviction with Allah and who are at peace and goodwill with others and upholders of their covenant with Allah (مُؤْمِنِينَ)?

So, Allah’s whole system rescued and saved all of them, not only the Rasool Aad but also those with him with the help of Allah’r Rahmat as source of life and lifeline; success and prosperity; shield and protection; unprecedented growth and progress and selfless love and care from all of Allah’s systems and laws. Whereas for those who denied, rejected, made fun of, ridiculed the specific Ayaat of Allah as is relevant to them and took them as a joke, since their conducts and behaviors were in opposition of Allah’s system, their powers, resources, ways and means of providing strength and stability for them were disconnected, cut off, severed and discontinued. In the end of the Ayah, Allah asks a thought-provoking question, as ‘What do they aimed to reach as their destination based on their conducts and behaviors, as if they were aiming to be of the Momineen, as those who Amanu, who use their faculties to seek knowledge in order to be at Aman, utter and deep conviction with Allah and who are at peace and goodwill with others and upholders of their covenant with Allah?

C.    LESSONS AS PER THESE AYAHS:

These Ayahs of Surah Al-A’raf i.e., 7:65-72 are connected to the earlier Ayahs which give us the story of Rasool Nuh. These Ayahs through the story of Rasool Aad give us the following lessons.

  1. THE PURPOSE, DUTIES & ENDEAVORS OF ALLAH’S RASOOL: With the basic aim to establish and strengthen humanity, the aim of Allah’s Rasool is to become their pillar of strength and support by leading them the way towards Allah’s Hidaya and guidance. The endeavors of Allah’s Rasool is always to convince people to follow the laws of Allah in complete obedience by being extra careful and cautious of following and abiding by these laws of Allah and to discontinue the blind following of laws from besides Allah. Allah’s Rasool’s basic duty is to deliver the message from the Rabb of the Aalimeen. The Rasool of Allah is Nas’eh, a sincere, truthful and serious advisor to humanity. The whole endeavor of Rasool of Allah is to convince the humanity to understand and implement the Ayaat of Allah, remember the blessings of Allah by becoming Aabid- follower of Allah’s laws and Shakir, by being utterly grateful and learn lessons from stories of previous nations. The endeavors of Allah’s Rasool is to convince the humanity that there is only one deity, whose laws we should all follow since Allah is the only and the same deity, the whole, the all-encompassing being. The deity of humanity is not faraq, i.e., not distinct or different at all from each other but it’s the Wahid- the same. Therefore, Rasool of Allah endeavors to prepare humanity for the future by taking actions right now so as to get the most desirable recompense and accountability and to caution and warn them against their current customs, traditions, rituals and practices.

  1. THE ROLE OF BEING KHALIFA ON EARTH: Allah has appointed humanity and assigned duties to us as Khalifa on earth i.e., trustee and caretaker of the earth, in order to take care of the planet and all its inhabitants. Allah has appointed the humanity as Khalifa by setting in place the whole process that has cemented and fortified us in the position of being caretaker of the other creations of Allah through facilitating, spreading out, extending to exert influence, authority, power, and strength to us. Thus, it is our duty as Khalifa on earth that we should, in an utter and deep gratitude to Allah, read, understand and apply the Ayaat of Allah, remember the blessings of Allah and follow the laws of Allah in utter gratitude and learn lessons from stories of previous nations as mentioned in the Kitaab up to its epitome so that we can become successful in both the worlds. Thus, those who follow the Rasool of Allah and Allah’s message, by taking care of their duties as Khalifa on earth, would align themselves with the system of Allah, the laws of nature and the laws of Deen, because of which they would be rescued and saved from the impacts of societal norms and Khutuwaat e Shaitaan with the help of Allah’s Rahmat as source of life and lifeline; success and prosperity; shield and protection; unprecedented growth and progress and selfless love and care from Allah’s systems and laws.

  1. CUSTOMES & PRACTICES OF HUMANITY: Just like for all the other Rasool of Allah, the nation of Nabiy Nuh and Aad also reflected the practices of humanity in a general sense since they belong to the majority and were deeply engulfed in practices, rituals and customs of blind following. As humanity in general and most of them take up deities whose laws they follow in matters of deen, who are besides Allah, in opposition to and contradiction of Allah. Humanity in a general sense, base their actions and endeavors on what is inherited from their forefathers, whose laws they obey, the deity they do abd for, the customs, traditions, norms and cultures they follow in blind followings. Being in majority, they all unite against their Rasool, as if their Rasool has limited understanding, who lacks knowledge and is not mature enough to understand matters since the Rasool of Allah would always deny, and reject these acts of shikr and the societal practices that are prevalent among their societies and cultures for generations.

  1. WHAT LED TO THEIR BLIND FOLLOWING AND WHAT WAS THE RESULT OF ALL THIS: Since most of the humanity do not Amanu, they do not use their faculties to seek knowledge, and are ungrateful and prideful towards Allah’s blessings and message, they get engulfed in blind following of their societal norms, culture, rituals, traditions, and customs. They take up deities from besides Allah, whose laws they follow blindly and these Shuraka’a whose laws they follow instead of Allah’s, they caused upon humanity such morally, ethically, and socially disfigured and contaminated behavior that are evidenced of them not using their intellect, doing of Kufar, and being under the influence and impacts of Khutuwaat of Shaytaan. Them being under extreme forms of blind following result in humanity not being aligned with how humans are supposed to be as created by Allah as intellectual, thinking, caring and reasoning humans. Thus, such people work in opposition to and disconnected by the whole system of Allah because of which the Allah’s system does not support them and remain in a state of war against them. Through blindly following these laws of their Shuraka’a, they have replaced the message of Allah with what is communicated to them as laws of Deen by their Shuraka’a and what they have inherited from their forefathers. Thus, they ended up being the ones who deny, reject, make fun of, ridicule the specific Ayaat of Allah as is relevant to them and take them as a joke. Since their conducts and behaviors are in direct opposition of Allah’s system, their powers, resources, ways and means of providing strength and stability for them are disconnected, cut off, severed and discontinued by the system of Allah. This is the law of requital and perfect recompense put in place and set in motion by Allah.
