Allah has created every living creature from water. And of them are those that move on their bellies, and of them are those that walk on two legs, and of them are those that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent. [Quran 24:45]

Water is life’s true and unique medium. Without water, life simply cannot be sustained. Water’s extensive capability to dissolve a variety of molecules has earned it the designation of “the universal solvent,” and it is this ability that makes water such an invaluable life-sustaining force. On a biological level, water’s role as a solvent helps cells transport and use substances like oxygen or nutrients.

This is the Homework done by Zoha- a 9-year olf very smart and talented girl in Module 2 of our Quran Fahmi Class. She not only picked Water as an Ayat of Allah, drew this amazing artwork, connected and searched these two Quranic ayahs that talk about water as the basis of life and told us all fun and scientific facts about water.
